Booster theme Support Policy

You are our priority and we care about you! Our support team is always here to help and happy to answer all of your questions. As a valued customer, all inquiries submitted our official Support Center, will be responded to as soon as possible.

Our Commitment and Support Hours
We are constantly striving to improve our Support Center. We aim to provide feedback within 1- 2 business days (Mon - Sat, European Standard Time) depending on our ticket volume. Our Support Center will remotely assist you with a consistent, professional and high-quality service, which means:

Therefore, we recommend you to include as many details as possible, such as the email that you used to purchase our product, order number, activation license number, theme version, problems, screenshots and details, either on your original or follow-up inquiry.

Your inquiry will be answered on a "first come, first served" basis. Therefore, please give our Support Team some time before trying to contact them in any other way. Sending multiple emails to our Support Center might prevent us from providing you the best service.

Before contacting our Support Center, please be aware that some of the questions may listed in our HELP CENTER. Please also be aware that some problems or customization requests may require a longer amount of time to resolve.

Our Support Scope
All Booster Theme products come with a one-year free version upgrade and support.

General questions about Booster Theme, including extended information regarding features, functionality and technical capabilities.

Any issues arising regarding the theme download, installing process, and other theme related issues (Technical support for older version may be limited. Upgrading to our latest version is always obligatory for technichal support)

How to setup the newsletter in Booster Theme V5

Newsletter

The newsletter is really important in order to get recurring customers, having a newsletter section will allow you to gather email from your customers. Having those emails can help you with your marketing
a lot!

In Booster Theme V5, the newsletter is availaible in any section which has content blocks (Image Text, Video Text, Lookboox Text, Footer, Subfooter, CTA, Split CTA, Custom Content, Map). It is also available in the Footer and Sub-Footer.

Adding newsletter to a Content Section

In order to add a Newsletter block, simply click on Add content --> Newsletter

Configuring the newsletter provider

Newsletter provider

We offer the option to use the Shopify Email subscriber Feature or the Mailchimp one.
Simply choose the one that fits best your needs.
Read this article from Shopify to help you understand how to access your subscriber and learn what you can do with those emails.

Important for Mailchimp users
For Mailchimp, you'll need to go to Theme settings --> Newsletter.

You will have to enter your Mailchimp Action to activate the feature. Here is a video on where to find the Mailchimp Action --> Instruction Video. You can also add Mailchimp U and ID fields if needed.

Settings to customize your newsletter block

After adding the block, it is important to make sure it is fitting well with your website branding.

Input text color defines the color of the text entered in the field.

Input background color allows you to customize the background of your newsletter

Placeholder text allows you to customize the text in the newsletter.

Button type is using the combinations you created in the Theme Settings. You can choose between your Primary or Secondary Combination.

Submit text will modify the text of your button for subscribing to the newsletter.
